It sounds like you may not be using Google chrome, which is our preferred browser with the best functionality. You can download Google chrome by using the link below. This should solve your issues.
If you don't want to download a different browser you could also try updating your current internet browser to the latest version. Sometimes it also helps to clear your browser's cache. Click here for detailed instructions on how to do this.
If you are still having problems after trying these steps please let us know by raising a support ticket with a few details about your system:
- What type of device are you using? Are you on a laptop, iPad, phone or desktop computer?
- What browser are you accessing the internet with? Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari? (Our recommended browser is Chrome).
- What were you doing when the problem occurred? Were you viewing a section, doing a quiz, logging in?
