If you are requesting for a refund for your course fees, please send us a support ticket request and provide details on your method of payment, approximate date of payment and a reason for wanting your refund. Your request will then be processed by a member of our accounts team.

  • We will communicate with you regarding the outcome of your refund request.  If the refund request is granted, you will receive an email from our payment gateway confirming that the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the credit to appear in your bank account, depending on which financial institution you bank with.
  • Please note that once your refund has been processed, you will be unenroled from your course.
