If your course goes to a blank page and will not load, it is likely that your Internet Browser is out of date. This is particularly likely when Internet Explorer is used to load the course. To fix the problem, please download the free internet browser Google Chrome and use that as your internet browser as it has the most up to date flash player.

Click here to download Google chrome.

If you are using an iPad to complete your course, please ensure that it has a flash player installed. Apple products do not have a flash player installed on them as a default. You can either purchase/download an Apple compatible flash player or complete the course on a different device/computer.

If you are still having issues with your computer loading/displaying the training material you may need to clear your browser's cache. Maybe one of the background files has downloaded incorrectly causing an error. This may also have been caused by a short loss of contact with the internet. Please follow the link below to an online instruction page on how to clear your cache. Select your browser type and click for the instructions. You may have to restart your computer once this has been done.

Your course should work again after this is done. Please click here to log back into your student portal.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing any issues with your training.
