Your training is fully supported by qualified trainers and we will work with you to ensure that you do not fail your course.
You have 3 attempts to answer each assessment question. You do NOT have to pay anything extra in order to reattempt any questions.
If you exceed your allotted 3 attempts on a question you will be prompted to contact support before you can continue. This step is to ensure that students who are having difficulty answering questions or understanding the course materials get assistance.
To have your account unlocked, please submit a support ticket request to have your account unlocked. Please note that your request can only be processed Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 AM to 9 PM.
If requested your details can be referred to a trainer who can give you assistance in understanding any question you are stuck on. Please note that it may take 1 business day for a trainer to contact you about your course. There is NO additional fee charged for this service.
When answering questions, please read the question and possible responses carefully. Ensure that you put in the correct number of responses; if the question is asking you for 3 responses, you must submit at least 3 responses.
If you find you cannot answer the question, please send us a support ticket and we will refer your details to a trainer. Please note that it can take up to 1 business day for a trainer to contact you. In the meantime, please keep reattempting your Quiz.
