The live video conference needs to take place while you are in an operational gaming environment where actual gambling activities take place.
The next step is to work out a mutually agreeable time for your live video conference with a trainer/assessor.
Live video conference appointments usually take 30-45 minutes.
Click the link below to send an email support ticket with the preferred date and time for your live video conference. A trainer will be in touch to arrange a date and time with you. Please note that appointments outside of business hours (9-5 Monday to Friday Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra time) may not be available.

Once your appointment has been confirmed by a trainer CONNECT VIA SKYPE OR MESSENGER: At the scheduled time of your conference it is up to you to connect with the trainer via Skype of Facebook Messenger.
Ensure that you have downloaded the required software or app.
Download the SITHGAM001 - Video Conference Instructions for further details and links to access the correct software &/or apps.
If using Skype log in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Search for the trainer/assessor contact details via the search feature and send them a message request. Once the message request has been accepted by the trainer/assessor you will be able to place a call to them via Skype. Ensure that the message request is sent prior to you scheduled time.
If using Messenger log in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Search for the trainer/assessor contact details via the search feature and send them a message request. Once the message request has been accepted by the trainer/assessor you will be able to place a call to them via Messenger. Ensure that the message request is sent prior to you scheduled time.
At the appointed time initiate the video call.
