A support ticket is essentially an email that you send to us with details of your problem.  It is numbered and trackable so we can all keep track of any problems or questions you have.


It's also the fastest way to get a response from us.  Our support team are responding to tickets between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday (AEST excluding public holidays) and at limited times on Saturday.


To raise a ticket return to the 'Home' page of this support portal.

Then click on the 'New Support Ticket' link at the top right of the page.



Then enter your email address and use the drop-down boxes to choose a topic and tell us how we can help you.

There is also a text box where you can provide details of the problem or a number to call.



Our team will respond to your ticket ASAP.
