After payment you would have been prompted to set up a user name and password and enroll in the courses that you just purchased. However, if you did not enroll at the time, no worries because you will have received an email with a link to create an account. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders and move the email to your inbox, then click the link provided to complete your enrollment.
